All orders are shipped via DHL. We have partnered with DHL to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of your purchases worldwide.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within up to 3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.
  • Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. A subsequent email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Time

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Shipping times vary based on DHL's estimated delivery schedule to your location. The estimated shipping time will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
  • Delivery Estimates: Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
  • Factors Affecting Delivery: Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, adverse weather conditions, or logistical issues.

4. Shipping Rates and Fees

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions of the package, and the destination. The total shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. ucm.digital is not responsible for any additional charges incurred.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your DHL tracking number.
  • Tracking Updates: You can track your shipment on the DHL website using the provided tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Signature Requirement: DHL may require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
  • Missed Delivery: If you are unavailable to receive the package, DHL may leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling delivery or collecting the package from a local facility.
  • Undeliverable Packages: Packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or refusal to pay customs fees will be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Correct Information: Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Address Changes: Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to change the shipping address. Contact us immediately if you need to make adjustments.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: DHL does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
  • Country Restrictions: While we aim to ship worldwide, certain countries may have restrictions. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

9. Delays and Unforeseen Events

  • Customs Delays: International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or transportation issues.

10. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at customer-care@ucm.digital. We will work with DHL to investigate and resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately with photos and a description of the damage.

  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may have already been processed.
